What is a domain secret code?
A domain secret code, also known as an authorization code or EPP code, is required to transfer the domain to your registrar account.
How long does ownership transfer take?
Some domains come with 15 days ownership transfer, while others may take up to 45 days. The expected timeframe depends on the domain you purchase.
When will I receive the secret code?
For 15 days ownership domains, we will send the secret code within 5 days. For 45 days ownership domains, we will send the secret code within 35 days.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Because of this, cancellation is not available from your end.
Do you offer refunds?
If we are unable to transfer domain ownership within the specified timeframe, we will issue a full refund.
Is the domain transfer secure?
